Welcome to Everett Area School District, a rural K-12 school system, dedicated to “polishing the stars!”  We strive to provide a quality, individualized education so that each child may become a productive, responsible, contributing citizen.  It is our hope that every  student will be confident to pursue their dreams!

This District is comprised of a dedicated administrative team, hard working & talented teachers and a committed support staff.   The instructional staff is dedicated to providing our students with meaningful educational opportunities.  It is our collective responsibilityand goal to nurture, educate and challenge students to become lifelong learners who will excel in life using their knowledge, compassion and desire to serve.

As parents and community members, you play a key role in a child’s education.  Just as we have set high expectations for all of our students’ successes, we ask you to set high expectations for your child’s successes as well. Collectively, we can provide a first-class education for our children!                             

New in 2013 is the recently renovated High School.  It offers up-to-date technology and state-of-the- art equipment, two vital components in today’s education.  Everett is unique in that it shares a campus with Alleghany Community College of Maryland.  Students are afforded an easily accessible, enriched dual enrollment program.   We will continue to provide our students with all possible advantages to gain a “leg up” in a competitive future. 

Our District offers many conveniences to its residential families being located 2.50

hours from Washington DC, 2 hours from Baltimore and 2 hours from Pittsburgh.  These destinations are within easy travel of our rural setting providing cultural enrichment while  yet affording families a quiet, close knit, rural community atmosphere just 30 minutes from beautiful Raystown Lake.
